avocado week!

Last week was filled with working, running, and lots of awesome time with my girl friends. But what it didn’t include was much time in the kitchen. This week my goal is to remedy that with a lot of green.

Hummus and Avocado Toasts with Roasted Tomatoes

Avocado Pasta

Veggie Muffaletta (could be over black bean burger)

Avocado, Black Bean, and Quinoa Salad

And for dessert:

Baked Apple Chips
